We provide daily updates. Most requests are shown within 48 business hours (partial or final depending on complexity). Larger projects may be delivered in stages to protect quality and momentum.
Final exports are included by default. If you want source files (Figma, editable files, etc.), request them at the start of the Request so we can produce the work in the correct tool/format from day one (e.g., Figma vs Illustrator vs Canva). If source files aren't requested upfront, we may deliver finals only.
Your first week is a Premium Onboarding phase included in your subscription. We gather brand context, align visual + verbal direction, and build a prioritized backlog so execution starts with real context—not improvisation.
Yes. Some clients need deeper strategy (e.g., content system, funnel messaging, campaign planning). When needed, we can scope this as a custom add-on with a one-time fee.
We strongly recommend assigning one primary point of contact to consolidate feedback and approvals. It keeps production fast, avoids conflicting notes, and protects quality.
Our model allocates dedicated creative capacity, so time generally runs whether or not you use it. If you need to pause, we offer a strict pause mechanism: if requested with more than 14 days remaining in your billing cycle, you may bank up to 10 days of service to use within 90 days. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, portal access is removed. We recommend downloading your assets before your billing period ends. If you need continued access without active production, you can request a pause (see Terms).
